Free Hula Hoop Lessons at the Farmers Market This Thursday!

Looking for a fun way to spend a summer evening? Join us at the Denver Farmers Market this Thursday for fresh local foods, unique handcrafted goods, and family-friendly fun!

This week's featured activity is FREE hula hoop lessons with Hoop Dreams with B. From 4:30–5:30 PM, instructors B. and Brandi will have hula hoops of all sizes and colors available for anyone to join in—whether it's your first time or you're looking to learn a few new tricks. All ages are welcome!

The fun doesn't stop there! Anna Love of Loony Balloonies will also be at the market offering free face painting and balloon art, making it a great evening for families.

While you're there, browse a variety of local vendors offering fresh produce, baked goods, handmade items, artwork, and more. Grab dinner from this week's featured food truck, Boyd's Food Truck & Catering, then relax at the market's picnic table seating or take a short stroll to explore Denver's downtown shops and restaurants.

The Denver Farmers Market is held each Thursday from June 11 to October 8 from 4:30-6:30 PM at the corner of State and Franklin Streets and features accessible parking and weekly family-friendly activities. We hope to see you there for an evening of community, shopping, great food, and plenty of hula hoop fun!
